The Sustainable Innovation Challenge 2011

We Challenge You

1st place prize £300

2 runners up £100

We challenge you to think of a sustainable idea, concept, product or system and to turn this into a short 3 minute video. It could be a video detailing an idea which could change something, it could be a video promoting a sustainable product, it could be a video vindicating an unsustainable product, or it could be a video detailing how society should live in a more sustainable manner. It could be a video that illustrates absolutely anything involved with sustainability! We want you to tell us a story, to persuade us, and to get us thinking. The challenge is open to all students or groups of students at Cardiff University.

The Sustainable Innovation Challenge is organised and sponsored by a working partnership between Cardiff University and Cardiff Students’ Union. Each year the University aims to engage students, staff and members of the community in sustainability week – a week that attempts to raise awareness of sustainable issues and promote sustainable living practices. We want you to get involved.
