The James Pantyfedwen Scholarship

Each year, the James Pantyfedwen Foundation distributes grants to postgraduate students studying for a master's or PhD award.
Applications will be considered from applicants holding an offer of admission for postgraduate study, some priority is currently given to those students undertaking postgraduate research work.

|Residency||You must have a permanent address in Wales at some time during the three years immediately preceding the date of application (please note that a term-time address as a college or university student in Wales does not fall within this category). You must also either have been born in Wales or have one parent who had been born in Wales, or have been for an aggregate period of not less than seven years a regular pupil or student at any educational institution(s) in Wales.|
You will be expected to meet the minimum entry requirements of your chosen postgraduate programme.
Applications should be made directly to the James Pantyfedwen Trust. You should first have received an offer of admission to either a postgraduate taught or research programme.
