Electronic Engineering Summer Camp

International summer school 2017

Our summer camp offers advanced undergraduates and recent graduates the opportunity to develop their knowledge of electronic engineering and gain first-hand experience of laboratory work and industrial application.

You will be able to work with world-leading research and academic staff from in the School of Engineering's high-quality facilities, located in the multi-million-pound Queen’s Buildings complex.

You will also have the opportunity to take part in a workshop with National Instruments, the global leader in test, measurement and control solutions.

In addition to a fantastic learning experience, our Electronic Engineering Summer School includes accommodation in the centre of the city, two cultural trips in cities across the UK and entertaining social events in our vibrant Welsh capital. Our Summer School will give you the chance to immerse yourself in the British culture and travel the UK with new friends from all across the world.

Costs

The fee for the Summer School is £1,995.

This includes tuition fees, accommodation, 10 meals per week (breakfast and lunch, Monday to Friday), airport pick up and drop off from Heathrow Airport on fixed dates (pick up is on 21 July, drop off is on 4 August) and excursions organised by Cardiff University (such as Stonehenge and industrial visits).
