Class of 2011
11 July 2011
The Graduation ceremonies are an annual highlight in the University calendar and this year take place from Monday 18th July to Friday 22nd July.
More than 7000 students will graduate across 13 different ceremonies and around 19,000 of their families and friends will be welcomed to Cardiff to share in the celebrations.
The ceremonies will be broadcast live on the BBC Big Screen in the Hayes and streamed on the University’s website, extending to an audience around the globe.

Cardiff is going social with Graduation this year and asking students, staff, family and friends to share their day with us online.
We’re asking students attending ceremonies throughout the week to tag their Graduation photos on Facebook with ‘Cardiff University Graduation’ and by doing so they could be in with a chance of winning an iPad2.
Those on Twitter can follow us at @cardiffuni and tag their Graduation tweets with our hash tag #cu2011. We will retweet the best ones to our 7000+ followers all over the world.
We’re also hoping to put Graduation on the map by getting people to check-in using Facebook Places, Foursquare, Google Latitude and other services.
