PHEW 2
Positive Health and Environment Week Two (PHEW 2) is well underway with a range of events and activities for staff to take advantage of.
Running until Friday 9th July the programme includes walks, tours, free swims and fitness MOT’s. The full programme of events is available on the Positive Working Environment website at www.cardiff.ac.uk/pwe
Any staff unable to attend the events can still get involved with PHEW2 by submitting a recipe for a Healthy Eating book, or by entering PHEW 2 competitions.

Hotshots
Cardiff University Sport & Exercise is launching a new activity camp for summer 2010 that will keep children aged 8-14 active and entertained during the school holidays.
Running from the 19th July - 27th August, the Hotshots activity camps will combine sport, play, arts and craft into a fun filled programme. Activities include badminton, netball, volleyball and an end of week sports day, as well as treasure hunts and t-shirt design.
