A revolutionary group exercise program inspired by dance, Tae Kwon Do, boxing, tai chi, and funk. This workout creates a party atmosphere that will have you coming back for more. Come workout to the hottest music and the freshest moves. Join the party and have fun.

Body sculpt

Complete and total body workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines resistance, intervals, power, plyometric, and endurance - all components of will help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.

Boxing circuit

All the essential boxing fitness demands at a tough level with skipping, pad work, bags and circuit based drills to enhance your fighting fitness.

Indoor cycling

A cycling class using state of the art Keiser M3 spin bikes. Judge your speed, power and distance in a high intensity fun workout.

Insanity

INSANITY is a revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training.

Legs bums and tums (LBT)

Toning and strengthening class. Work the lower body and tummy’s, finishing with relaxation at the end.

Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only improve flexibility, but also increase strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back.

Pump n tone

Using adjustable weights, work at your own level to shape & tone. Set to motivating music, each track targets a different muscle group giving a full body workout

Step aerobics

A choreographed class using the step to build up to a high intensity cardio workout. Great fun and particularly effective for fat burning & toning the lower body!

Stretch and flex

Full Body Stretch is designed for all levels and aim to open up and stretch your entire body and are ideal for every age and body type. The classes are set to music and use Pilates, yoga and ballet movements to strengthen and lengthen the body. Each class focuses on lengthening muscles at a gradual pace and uses the breath to engage key muscles.

WOD class

The WOD Class is designed for universal ability making it the perfect application for any individual regardless of experience, age or sporting background. These sessions utilise barbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, slam balls, wall balls, body-weight movements, the list goes on.

WODs can literally be anything, and we make sure they are what fitness is all about - constantly varied, functional, safe, and intense. The WOD Class is a great way to include additional skill and strength training in an enjoyable and measurable way as well as learning new movements.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

Zumba
