All Wales Midwifery and Reproductive Health Research Forum

The Midwifery and Reproductive Health Research Forum was set up in October 2005, in response to an identified gap in support networks within Wales for those actively researching or wishing to conduct research in this field.

The key aim is to provide a supportive, collaborative and stimulating arena for discussing and promoting midwifery and reproductive health research, within a multi-disciplinary context.

The Research Forum was funded for the first year by the Health Foundation as part of a Research Leadership Development Award held by Professor Billie Hunter and is currently chaired by Grace Thomas.

The Research Forum Report (available to download from the column on the right) highlights the activities of the Forum over 2010-2011 and plans for future work.

We welcome your comments and suggestions for the Forum. For further information please contact Grace Thomas or Professor Billie Hunter:
