Developing Practice Nursing - 20 credits (NR3169)
This module will focus on the assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of care given to individuals, families and groups within the context of practice nursing. It will explore working in partnership with patients, carers and service providers and examine the social and health care needs of a defined population. The evidence base supporting practice nursing will be examined along with the organisation and delivery of health and social care in the community and its interface with practice nursing.
