Complexities of Care Management (NRT149)

This module is aimed at health care professionals working in, or preparing for, leadership roles at an advanced or higher level of practice. The module will enable you to work effectively with increasingly complex health care needs and systems of delivery. As students, you will have specific opportunities to develop your knowledge base and decision making abilities. Support and guidance is provided in the process of planning, implementing and evaluating care. The learning outcomes are intrinsically linked to your sphere of practice and may relate to an individual patient or a group of patients in conditions characterised by complexity.
