Patient Safety and Clinical Risk (NRT073)
The modules aims are to:
To critically explore theoretical, professional, organisational, ethical and legal perspectives which inform patient safety and risk management in advancing and advanced practice
To develop the experienced practitioner’s competence and confidence in making decisions and managing risk to ensure patient safety in practice
To provide experienced practitioners with opportunities to reflect on and appraise risk management approaches and strategies within their sphere of practice.
