To facilitate a smooth and successful enrolment process at Cardiff University please ensure you complete the steps below (where applicable):
Step 1: Online Enrolment
All students must enrol online. You will be notified by letter and e-mail, approximately three weeks prior to the start date of your programme, when and how to access the online enrolment system. You should complete online enrolment as soon as you receive this notification. Click the following link for further information about online enrolment.
Step 2: School Enrolment/Induction
Please refer to the link below for your programme of study. You must attend the school enrolment/induction events as stated for your particular year and Programme (if applicable).
Undergraduate Programmes
- Bachelor of Nursing (Hons)
- Bachelor of Midwifery (Hons)
- BSc (Hons)/Graduate Diploma in Community Health Studies & Specialist Practice Qualification
- BSc (Hons) in Clinical Practice (including Stand Alone Modules)
- Higher Education Diploma in Clinical Practice (including Stand Alone Modules)
- Higher Education Diploma in Healthcare
- Return to Practice
Postgraduate Programmes
- Postgraduate Certificate in Non-Medical Prescribing (PgCert)
- MSc in Advanced Practice (MSc)
- Postgraduate Diploma/Master of Science in Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (MSc/Diploma)
Step 3: Cardiff University Student Card and Documentation for Enrolment (New Students Only)
All new students at Cardiff University who attend campus will be required to have a Cardiff University Student Card which can be collected shortly after arrival at University.
Your school enrolment timetables will indicate how to obtain your student card.
