Secure forensic mental health care for working age male patients
Those diagnosed with a personality disorder with or without a mental illness who are subject to the restrictions of the Mental Health Act (1983) (2007).
Key Learning Opportunities:
Assessment of need and risk, including pre-admission assessments. Writing and reviewing care plans, writing reports, attending Individual Care Review meetings, Mental Health Review Tribunals and Hospital Manager’s meetings. Taking part fully in client centred activities – therapeutic, social and educational and assisting clients with activities of daily living.
