Remit: 

Acute Inpatient Mental Health

Clients: 

Working age adults

  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating of care of patients with acute mental health problems
  • Multi disciplinary working

  • Unified Assessment
  • ECT
  • Knowledge and practical application of the MHA 2007, Welsh Measure
  • Recovery approach/refocusing
  • Working with clients with dual diagnosis.

Preparation for Practice:

Can be utilised as a management placement

Shifts:

  • 0700 - 1430 - Early
  • 1300 - 2030 - Late
  • 2000 - 0730 - Night

Dress Code: 

No uniform, smart casual wear.  No jeans, no trainers.
