Research Interests

I have recently completed a MA in Post Compulsory Education and Training. The focus of research for the dissertation element was on the use of role emerging placements within Occupational Therapy education in the UK.

I am also keen to develop collaborative projects with the third sector as part of the developing role of occupational therapy in non-traditional settings. We are consistently using a number of third sector placements for our students and I am keen to develop the research and evidence base for this area.

I have specific interests in role emerging placements, developing countries and mental health.
