Research Interests
My research interests have centred on healthcare management with a particular interest in motivation theory and the job satisfaction of healthcare professionals. I am currently examining the impact of role development expectations and opportunities for personal development on graduate radiographers. I am also interested in lifestyle and health risk in survivors of paediatric and adolescent cancer.
