Research Interests
I am currently undertaking a review of the new practice education component of the Occupational Therapy Programmes in Wales. This is ascertaining the perceptions of the students, who have just started on the newly validated programmes, and educators. It is hoped this will inform any minor changes that may be required.
I am also keen to develop collaborative projects with other professionals. In 2006 I presented a study on Older Carers, undertaken with a Social Work colleague, at the World Conference of Occupational Therapist in Sydney.
I have specific interests in Practice Education, Older Adults and Neurosciences.
