Career Profile

I am currently employed as a Fieldworker with Project SFP Cymru - a trial regarding the Strengthening Families Programme.  My work involves interviewing families in 3 counties (Merthyr, Caerphilly and Rhondda Cynon Taf).

Prior to this, I worked as a primary school teacher for several years in Cardiff and Reading, specialising in Early Years education. I also taught in the Nursery Assessment Unit of a special needs school in Surrey. As well as working in education, I have been employed as a child worker supporting children escaping domestic abuse at Refuge in London and Women's Aid in South Wales.
