Many jobs in the museums sector require or look favourably upon a post-graduate qualification in museum studies or similar. I also felt much more prepared for entering the workplace following my MSc, which I am sure increased my confidence levels in subsequent interviews.
The numbers of students on the course is always a really sensible level and so the tuition I experienced was exceptional - I could not have asked for more!
