BA Ancient History Joint Degrees
In addition to the BA in Ancient History and the integrated BA degrees which combine Ancient History with Archaeology or Medieval History, it is possible to take a joint degree that combines Ancient History with one of the following subjects (UCAS codes indicated right):

Year 1
In the first year of a joint honours degree with Ancient History, students study three subjects: Ancient History; a set of modules in their other subject; and another subject chosen from a wide range of options (subject to timetable and entry requirements). All students take the two first-year Ancient History modules:
Years 2 & 3
In the second and third years, joint honours students take 120 credits of modules in each year, 60 from Ancient History and 60 from their other subject. They can choose from the full range of options listed at Ancient History undergraduate modules.
Teaching in Ancient History is through lectures, small-group seminars and individual tutorials, and assessment is by a combination of essays, oral presentations, class tests and exams.
