Dr Crispin Cooper
Crispin is currently working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate on the sDNA (Spatial Domain Network Analysis) project. His primary role is to create high-performance spatial analysis software that interfaces with existing platforms such as ArcGIS and Autocad. In tandem with this he is developing a methodology for using such software in spatial planning and health research.
Crispin’s interests lie in the application of information technology to sustainability problems, whether from the perspective of traditional modelling, or through creating tools for networking and public engagement.
Crispin is currently a member of the PLACE panel advising Cardiff Council on sustainability strategy.
