Research Institutes
Cardiff University has established three new Research Institutes as a key part of its strategy to enable world-leading, agenda-setting research.
Each Institute offers a new approach to a problem of global importance. They build on existing University strengths, combining academic talents from across a range of disciplines. The Research Institutes will create a critical mass of world-leading expertise in the fields of cancer stem cells, sustainable places, and neuroscience and mental health.
