Survey Data Users Brown Bag Research Group (SURDUBB)

A large interdisciplinary group of quantitative and mixed methods researchers who meet monthly to present work in progress, with a focus on methodological issues.

We are a large interdisciplinary group of quantitative and mixed methods researchers at the Cardiff University School of Social Sciences, working with large-scale surveys and administrative data in the fields of sociology, criminology, health, social policy, politics, education and social work.

We meet monthly on the first Wednesday of each month (from October to July) to present work in progress, with a focus on methodological issues.

Presenters are mostly from within the School of Social Sciences and research centres, with some external speakers and colleagues from elsewhere in Cardiff University.
