Confidentiality Agreements

Confidentiality (CDA) or Non-disclosure (NDA) agreements are put in place with academic or commercial organisations when you wish to exchange information which may be of a confidential nature and which are not public knowledge. Examples of this include:

  • Unpublished research projects
  • For collaborative purposes
  • For disclosure of technology to a commercial partner
  • For any purpose where proprietary information is being discussed
