NMR Spectrometer

We have a Bruker Avance 500MHz multi-nuclear gradient NMR installed in December 2004 offering H-1, C-13, P-31 and F-19 with all common 1D and 2D pulse sequences as standard. The system is run under automation, with a 60 position carrousel, and has full VT (heat and cool) facility. The system is extensively used by the Medicinal Chemistry staff, and other colleagues, within the Cardiff School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. It is also available for commercial and collaborative use.
