Bruker micro TOF mass spectrometer
The school has recently installed a Bruker microTOF Mass Spectrometer. It is a benchtop instrument with electrospray ionization, capable of operating in positive and negative ion modes, and a high sensitivity Time-of-Flight mass analyzer with Exact Mass measurements capability. Sample injection is usually performed manually, but automation is possible for large quantities of samples.
