2013 SPPS graduates celebrate on the steps of the Glamorgan Building.
The 2013 graduation ceremony for students of the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences took place on a sunny Thursday, 18th July.
Family and friends were invited to join the new graduates at a celebratory afternoon tea reception in a large marquee within the Grounds of the main building. Following a light lunch the Head of School, Professor Gary Baxter, presented the annual prizes to the graduates.
The graduates then gathered for an official School graduation photograph on the steps of the Glamorgan Building before heading to the Graduation Ceremony at St David's Hall.
Sarah-Jane Davies, winner of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society Award for the Best student on the MPharm Degree Programme
Sue Wei Chong, winner of the Centre for Innovation in Regulatory Science Prize for the best overall clinical performance in MPharm IV
Lauren Pitt, winner of the Vernon Lloyd Memorial Prize
Edel Brown, winner of the Richard Evans Prize for best overall performance in drug delivery throughout the MPharm course.
Lowri Roberts, winner of The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs (TOPRA) Prize for best overall performance in Clinical & Pharmacy Practice throughout the MPharm course
