Postgraduate Research Days April 2011 -Prize Winners
The 2011 annual Pharmacy Postgraduate Research Day was held in the Redwood Building on Wednesday 20th April. A total of 10 third year PhD students presented their work in the New Lecture Theatre as 10 minute oral presentations, whilst 14 of their second year colleagues had prepared presentations for the Poster Session held in the morning in the nearby workshop room.
Professor Ole Petersen, Head of the School of Biosciences in the University, was a guest for the day.
Two posters and two oral presentations were awarded prizes by a panel drawn from the academic staff which were presented by Prof Petersen.
