I teach in all four years of the undergraduate degree and on a range of topics including diabetes, rheumatology, thromboembolism, cardiovascular and renal disease. As I spend 2 days a week working as a pharmacist in Morriston Hospital (Swansea) I can ensure that all my teaching is drawing on my current experience of pharmacy practice and the pharmaceutical care of patients. I also teach practical skills such as drug history taking and clinical checking.
I also teach clinical pharmacology and prescribing in the Medical School, Swansea University.
