Research Interests

 

Professor Salek’s research focuses on:

  • Health-Related Quality of Life Aspects of Pharmacoepidemiology
  • Economic Aspects of Pharmacoepidemiology

His other areas of research interest include:

  • Development and use of epidemiology/pharmacoepidemiological databases
  • Drug safety evaluation and pharmacovigilance
  • Drug profiling and patient knowledge
  • communication and patient information need
  • Pharmaceutical regulatory environment and drug development.
