Pauline Roberts was born in Denbigh, North Wales.

Having previously qualified and worked as a solicitor, she spent six months as a Research Assistant at the Law Commission before coming to Cardiff in 1995.

Her areas of specialist interest are Discrimination, Employment Law and Company Law.
