Overview
Alys joined Cardiff University in 2013 as Communications Officer for the Sustainable Places Research Institute, responsible for supporting successful implementation of the Sustainable Places Research Institute communication and engagement strategies and activities.
With a background in environmental policy and campaigns, and partnership working previous roles have included marine policy for the RSPB and biodiversity policy for the Wales Biodiversity Partnership, facilitating delivery and providing advice on priority biodiversity action and implementing the Ecosystem Approach across Wales.
