Overview

In his research, Darren is interested in reflexivity.  In particular, how managers are reflexive as part of their everyday practice in their management and leadership work.


His professional experience includes leadership development, talent management programmes and one-to-one executive coaching.  He has worked with the senior leadership and board members in a range of private, public and third-sector organisations.


With regard to professional affiliations, Darren is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a member of the British Psychological Society.  He is a registered test user with the 16PF5, MBTI, MBTI Step 2, Firo-B, Firo-B Elements and the JCA Emotional Intelligence Questionnaires (IE & TE) as well as holding a diploma in performance coaching.
