Opening of the art exhibition 'How do you see us?'
13 June 2010

On Tuesday 13th July young people joined staff and supporters from Fairbridge De Cymru in the School of Optometry and Vision Sciences, Cardiff University to celebrate the opening of an exhibition of their artwork.
The art was created as part of an Arts Council of Wales funded project to engage young people who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training). Young people had worked with artist Kim Thompson making work around the theme of self image for the show entitled 'How do you see us?'
The launch was attended by the Lord Mayor of Cardiff and William Wilkins, Trustee of Artes Mundi who’d worked with Fairbridge to produce the stunning artworks.
