Exchange programme welcomes young Japanese researcher to Cardiff to advance international eye disease research
Dr Katharine Evans, Dr Paul Murphy, Ali Masmali and Sachiko Nishimura hosted an exhibit at the annual health science fair held at the School of Medicine, University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff.

The purpose of this talk is to introduce you to birds as highly visual animals. Like humans, but unlike many mammals that depend on their sense of smell, birds rely on vision as their primary sense.
The School celebrates 75 years of optics and optometry teaching in Cardiff during the whole of 2010. Several events are taking place, including a BIG alumni celebration in October 2010, and an exhibition of optical artifacts and images that features the recreation of a 1960s consulting room.
