Professor Lesley Jones spoke about genetic research in Huntington's disease (HD) at the Huntington's Disease Therapeutics Conference 2017 in Malta.

In this talk, Lesley explains why we do genetic research into HD and reviews some of the latest research including selection bias of HD modifiers, age of on-set, and psychiatric phenotypes including depression, irritability and psychosis.

Genetic modifiers implicate the DNA damage response in the trinucleotide repeat disorders
