Double Success for CCI Researcher

Dr Ewa Nowicka has celebrated double success in recent weeks.
At the recent 16th International Congress on Catalysis (ICC) in Beijing which was well attended by staff and researchers from the Catalysis Institute, Dr Nowicka was awarded the "Young Scientist" prize for her outstanding research.
Equally as prestigious, Dr Nowicka has been awarded a fellowship, via the International Post-Doc Initiative (IPODI) of the Technische Universität (TU) Berlin, Germany. The IPODI is part of an initiative (Wissenschaftlerinnen an die Spitze; Female Scientists Toward the Top) that aims to increase the number of women in leadership positions and supports outstanding international female researchrs.
Dr Nowicka's fellowship is to work with Prof. Hajo Freund at FHI Berlin and Prof. Reinhard Schomacker at TU Berlin.
