Cardiff University Scholarships

Eleven new students from the School of Chemistry’s 2018/19 intake have been awarded Cardiff University Scholarships for academic achievement in their A-levels.
Each student achieved AAA or above in their A-level examinations (or equivalent qualification) and were selected to receive a University Scholarship award in recognition of their excellent academic achievements. They will each be awarded a scholarship of £3000.
Our scholarship winners are Ellie Payce, Benjamin Chiffers, Samantha Fagan, Laura Mapledoram, Matilda Teale, Rachel Elwin, Ben Grills, Rhys Lewis, Jacob Rhodes, Luke Shepherd and Angus Walker.
The Cardiff University Scholarships reflect the excellent standard of applications we receive with the vast majority of our students choosing Cardiff as their first choice university.
We welcome all students to the School and hope that they enjoy their experiences whilst studying for their chemistry degree here at Cardiff.
