The Kuk Project (formerly CAMAAY) took place in September 2015 with Undergraduate students from the Welsh School of Architecture and the School of Engineering.

Led by the Humanitarian Design Charity Orkidstudio, and supported by Cardiff University’s Global Opportunities Centre, the design and construction of an Agricultural Training Centre was undertaken in collaboration with a team of local men and women with the long term aim of establishing a growing cash-crop enterprise led by the village, providing local employment and offering training in valuable modern farming techniques, and generating income for wider development.
