Early-career researchers from across the world have been welcomed to Wales as they embark on the next stage of a £45m Welsh Government-funded programme to increase the economic prosperity by attracting the brightest minds to the country.
Professor Roger Falconer, from the School of Engineering, has been appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management and to the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Centre for Marine and Renewable Energy Ireland.
