Well known political figures will be at the University next month to take part in BBC Radio 4’s Any Questions?
On Friday 2 November, the University is hosting a recording of the popular radio show chaired by Jonathan Dimbleby, one of Britain’s best known journalists and broadcasters.
The show has been broadcast live most Friday nights since 1948 and currently attracts around 1.5M listeners. Questions chosen from the audience touch on the political, social, economic and moral issues of the day and panellists never see them in advance.
Panellists on the night include Leader of Plaid Cymru, Leanne Wood, and Assembly Member for South Wales Central; Chris Bryant Labour MP for Rhondda; Jeremy Browne MP, Minister of State, Home Office and MP for Taunton Deane; and singer, songwriter, broadcaster and author Bruce Dickinson, although these may be subject to change.
Taking place at the School of Music’s Concert Hall on Corbett Road, tickets are available to members of the public on a first come first served basis.
Tickets for this event are no longer available.
