Royal Opera House performance
On Thursday evening (21st February) at London's Royal Opera House, Professor Kenneth Hamilton will be performing and discussing Liszt's piano transcriptions from Tannhäuser, Tristan und Isolde and Die Meistersinger.
Professor Hamilton will be joined by Dr Monika Hennemann (School of European Languages, Translation and Politics) who will be presenting her recent research on Wagner and Mendelssohn.
This event is part of the bicentenary celebrations of the birth of Richard Wagner.
