Mature Students
At Cardiff University there is a large and diverse student population, and mature students, who make up about 15% of all undergraduates, make a significant contribution to the intellectual life of the university.
They bring a commitment and enthusiasm to their studies, as well as social and interpersonal skills gathered from various life experiences that enhance the learning experience for everyone. Coming from a whole array of backgrounds, mature students enter with a variety of qualifications and work-related experience and often achieve a better than average degree result.
