Designed for AS A-level students studying at inner-city Cardiff and Valleys schools, these classes provide a boost to young people’s revision – helping them achieve a higher grades at A-level and potentially their first choice of university.
We offer three days of FREE intensive revision per subject.
Students can sign up for:
100 places per subject are available and are allocated to those studying in ‘Communities First schools’. The sessions will be held in the Centre for Lifelong Learning, Cardiff University and help students prepare for their AS exams in January and May 2013. Lunch is provided as well as lots of practise of exam questions.
New this year, bonus workshops!
This year the revision days will include extra-curricular activities, delivered by Cardiff University’s academic staff and students. This exciting and more experimental activity, whist complimenting the A-level curriculum, will also include an expert step-by-step guide on completing your UCAS application form, to ensure you maximize your potential.
We aim to inspire students to go on to study the subjects at Cardiff University.
Places will be allocated to AS students in high schools or colleges in Community First Areas. Please get in touch if you are interested in attending.
