Microsoft® Project for Project Management
This course uses MS Project, an industry-standard tool, to assist in the scheduling of projects, a tool which can be of great assistance at various stages within the project life cycle. This course will help participants to create more robust project plans, which will ensure that the risk is adequately taken into account and that potential problems are identified and communicated before projects start.
Practical Project Management
This 2 day course makes this all important discipline accessible to participants who need to understand and have practical experience of project management without requiring professional accreditation. The course is heavily hands on with a strong emphasis on learning by doing. Participants leave feeling confident in their ability to manage projects as well as appreciating some of the broader change management and stakeholder engagement issues
PRINCE2® Advanced Project Management
As a world-renowned project management method, PRINCE2 will give participants the knowledge and skills needed to manage projects effectively, as well as an internationally recognized qualification in project management
PRINCE2® Re-registration
To refresh and enhance participants understanding of the PRINCE2 method, and update them on any changes, enabling them to prepare for and sit the Re-registration exam for the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification. Participants will take the Re-registration exam at the end of the course.
