Developing a strategy for both Internal and External communications is vital in ensuring key messages are reaching stakeholders and customers. This workshop examined key elements of strategy; including internal communications which are often overlooked but vital especially when communicating changes. Delegates also looked at developing key messages and integrating social media, as well as considering how they evaluate the effectiveness of their campaigns.
