This 2 day course makes this all important discipline accessible to participants who need to understand and have practical experience of project management without requiring professional accreditation. This course uses MS Project, an industry-standard tool, to assist in the scheduling of projects, a tool which can be of great assistance at various stages within the project life cycle. This course will help participants to create more robust project plans, which will ensure that the risk is adequately taken into account and that potential problems are identified and communicated before projects start. - More information

PRINCE2® * - 5 days
This course provides delegates with a complete and practical understanding of the PRINCE2 project management method. Delegates will take the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner examinations at the end the course. - More information

PRINCE2® Re-registration * - 3 days
This course is designed help delegates prepare for and sit the Re-registration examination for the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification. Delegates will take the Re-registration exam at the end of this course. - More information

Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)™ * - 5 days
MSP can help delegates accelerate their organisation's performance and help it to its target capability. This course will provide a full and complete understanding of the MSP programme management framework that can be applied to business scenarios in preparation for work on individual programmes.
