This 2 day course makes this all important discipline accessible to participants who need to understand and have practical experience of project management without requiring professional accreditation. The course is heavily hands on with a strong emphasis on learning by doing. Participants leave feeling confident in their ability to manage projects as well as appreciating some of the broader change management and stakeholder engagement issues.
Who is it for?
- Those who need a broad understanding of good project management methods.
- Some experience or involvement in projects will help participants to relate to the material, however, no prior training is required or presumed.
