Cardiff Law School Professional Development Unit
The Study of Law complements most professions and provides not only legal knowledge but many transferable skills.
The Professional Development Unit, which is part of Cardiff Law School, was established with the aim of delivering training and assessment to the legal profession and those working in areas which bring them into contact with the legal system.
Training or assessment currently being offered at Cardiff Law School by the PDU include:
· Police Station Representatives Accreditation Scheme
· Criminal Litigation (Duty Solicitor) Accreditation Scheme
· Expert Witness Accreditation
· Employment Law for managers and human resources professionals
Bespoke courses, both subject specific and multi-disciplinary, can also be arranged.
