Complaints procedure

Continuing & Professional Education is committed to providing students with high quality teaching in a high quality learning environment. Students are encouraged to take responsibility for communicating their needs and seeking support within the Centre. If a student feels that any aspect of their experience at the Centre gives grounds for complaint, the Director of Continuing & Professional Education and the School Manager can assist and advise you on the correct procedure to be followed.
