Complaints procedure

The Centre for Lifelong Learning is committed to providing students with high quality teaching in a high quality learning environment. Students are encouraged to take responsibility for communicating their needs and seeking support within the Centre. If a student feels that any aspect of their experience at the Centre gives grounds for complaint, the Dean of Lifelong Learning, the School Manager and the Operations Manager can assist and advise you on the correct procedure to be followed.
